Recently our customer has a BMW F20 B38B15A Engine with fault code 110001 - Cylinder Injection output, pressure too low in high pressure fuel system. For this our customer checked on the excellent Haynes pro and found a BMW technical Bulletin 63059907-01 regarding a software update to cure this issue. Using the Thinkcar MAX our customer was able to update the DME Software version individually from the rest of the car. BMW Ista only allows updates for the whole vehicle. Multiple test drives were carried out to verify the fix.
At Thinkcar UK we were able to support out customer over Teamviewer, this gave the customer the confidence to use his recently delivered Thinkcar MAX. For some reason Teamviewer support wouldn't let us screenshot so I have attached some photos.
